Lead software engineering initiatives within the product portfolio, aligning delivery to product strategy.
Negotiate scope, timelines, and resources while proactively identifying and mitigating risk.

Drive cross-functional definition and prioritization of product features and requirements.
Guide the product lifecycle end to end using established development methodologies.

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree or, in lieu of a degree, demonstrating in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in Engineering Product Management for each missing year of college is required
- At least 10 years of experience

Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA and Microsoft Project to drive disciplined execution.
Financial and operational acumen, including budget management, resource planning, and oversight of multiple concurrent initiatives.
Advanced proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, along with having completed PMP and/or CSM certifications.

Working knowledge of Java, Python, and C++ to guide effectively engineering discussions and solution design.
Understanding of API management and microservices architecture to support scalable, interoperable platforms.

The salary range for this position is: $95,000 - $106,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
