Work you'll do

As a Guidewire Integration Developer Senior Consultant, you will leverage hands-on expertise across Guidewire InsuranceSuite (e.g., PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and related digital components) to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions for insurance clients. You will partner with client stakeholders and Deloitte cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable configuration and development, configure and extend multiple Guidewire applications, design and build cross-suite and enterprise integrations (e.g., payments, document management, third-party data), and support data migration activities (mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and validation). You will work closely with architects, integration/data teams, and QA to implement and deploy reliable services that connect Guidewire to the broader enterprise ecosystem.

As a Senior Consultant, you will also contribute to team excellence by mentoring junior developers, supporting professional development, and participating in practice initiatives that advance Deloitte's strategic priorities and culture.


Qualifications: Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field
  • 4 years of hands-on experience designing and delivering cross-suite integrations across Guidewire InsuranceSuite and external enterprise systems. (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter)
  • 4 years of experience as a Guidewire Developer in insurance or consulting environments
  • 2+ years experience with Java/J2EE tech stack with knowledge of the SDLC and integration frameworks
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available


Preferred:

  • Advanced degree
  • Proficiency in Guidewire configuration and integration (Gosu scripting, Guidewire Studio, Data Model, Product Model)
  • Guidewire ACE Certification
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with Cloud Platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
