Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in API Microservices Rest Assured BDD and Selenium Java testing within the ACCELQ Test Automation family to design and maintain robust automated testing frameworks
Job Description :
Design and develop maintainable automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver with Java and Rest Assured for API and microservices testing Create and maintain automated test scripts to validate web applications APIs and microservices Implement Behavior Driven Development BDD testing approaches to align test scenarios with business requirements Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze testing requirements and application workflows Analyze test results to identify defects and ensure software quality across API and UI layers Maintain comprehensive documentation for test cases test plans and automation frameworks Continuously research and implement best practices in test automation to improve efficiency and test coverage
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead automation testing efforts using Selenium Java Rest Assured and BDD frameworks to ensure high quality and timely deliverables Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases based on business and technical specifications Perform both manual and automated testing to validate application features APIs and microservices Integrate automated tests into CICD pipelines to streamline and accelerate testing processes Mentor and guide junior automation engineers on best practices coding standards and tools Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to troubleshoot and resolve automation related issues Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and ensure compliance with SDLC processes and internal quality standards
