They typically work under the supervision of more experienced developers and assist in developing applications, debugging issues, and learning best practices in software development. Their responsibilities often include understanding project requirements, writing clean code, and collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality software solutions. This role is ideal for individuals who have foundational knowledge of Java and are looking to gain professional experience in the field.

What types of projects or tasks can a junior Java programmer expect to work on in their first year?

As a Junior Java Programmer, you can expect to work on a variety of tasks such as debugging existing code, writing unit tests, developing small features, and assisting with backend development on larger projects. Senior React Native Mobile and Full Stack Developer
Description -
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Native Mobile and Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, enterprise-grade mobile applications for iOS and Android, as well as the cloud services and APIs that support them. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience building production-ready cross-platform mobile applications with React Native, combined with strong backend and cloud development expertise using object-oriented programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or Go to deliver secure, end-to-end solutions.
This role requires deep expertise in mobile authentication, secure storage, offline-first architecture, data synchronization, push notifications, GPS/location services, and mobile security best practices, as well as experience designing and developing RESTful APIs, integrating with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, or AWS, and building scalable backend services. You will work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Security Architects, Backend Engineers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality, mission-critical mobile solutions used by enterprise customers worldwide.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on specialist who is passionate about building high-quality software, driving architectural decisions, mentoring engineers, and delivering reliable, secure, and performant mobile experiences across the full technology stack.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop mobile features that leverage secure storage, push notifications, GPS/location services, background processing, offline-first capabilities, and data synchronization.
  • Design and implement reliable offline synchronization strategies, including conflict detection, conflict resolution, retry mechanisms, and background synchronization.
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, and real-time communication services (WebSockets/SignalR) to support mobile functionality with Object Oriented Programming languages like C#, Java, Python, or Go.
  • Build cloud-native solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Azure, or AWS, including serverless functions, storage, messaging, and API management services.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, Backend Engineers, Security Architects, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality, end-to-end solutions.
  • Optimize application performance, startup time, memory usage, battery consumption, network efficiency, and overall user experience.
  • Implement robust error handling, logging, telemetry, monitoring, and analytics to ensure application reliability and observability.
  • Write clean, maintainable, testable, and well-documented code following established coding standards and best practices.
  • Participate in architecture reviews, technical design discussions, code reviews, and sprint planning activities.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers, promote engineering best practices, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines for both mobile applications and backend services, including automated testing, deployments, code signing, and release management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across the mobile application, backend APIs, cloud infrastructure, and third-party integrations.
  • Stay current with emerging mobile, cloud, and software engineering technologies, frameworks, and security best practices, and recommend improvements where appropriate.
