ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: > Assist with definition, design, prototyping, implementation, > testing, debugging, verification, and deployment of Oracle, Java, > WebLogic, and GlassFish project requirements. > Assist to maintain software functionality. > Develop and maintain technical documentation for > developed/maintained functionality.

> Assist other developers, testers, and/or client stakeholders to > understand relevant requirements. > Perform configuration management tasks for projects. > WORK EXPERIENCE: > At least six (6) years of experience developing and maintaining medium- to high-complexity software applications required.

> Experience with Oracle, Java, WebLogic, and GlassFish development and maintenance required. > Experience with Adobe Flex development and maintenance preferred. > Experience with ColdFusion development and maintenance preferred.

> Proven experience working with users in an Agile environment to understand requirements, elicit feedback, and refine solutions via demonstrations. JOB SKILLS: > Enthusiastic, proactive, positive attitude with good listening skills and high integrity. > Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to support projects supporting multiple organizations effectively.
