Role Overview
We're hiring a deadline-driven Full-Stack Developer to work onsite in Mississauga on next-generation AI and SAP-integrated platforms.

You'll design, build, and deploy AI-enabled enterprise systems using our internal tech stack - Laravel MVC, Java, JavaScript, Progress Database, Docker, and Kubernetes - while maintaining full SR&ED compliance and delivering under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and enhance modules for TraceSecure.ai, HireRig.ai, and Quantum-ready prototypes.
  • Integrate AI frameworks (OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, Gemini, etc.) into live systems.
  • Develop and maintain services using Laravel MVC, Java, and JavaScript (Node/Vue/React).
  • Manage and optimize Progress Database for speed and scalability.
  • Deploy solutions through Docker containers and Kubernetes orchestration.
  • Document all R&D activity for SR&ED compliance (uncertainties, experiments, results).
  • Consistently meet strict project deadlines with production-ready deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI and SAP consultants.

Required Skills

  • Expert in Laravel MVC
  • Proficient in Java and JavaScript (Node.js / Vue.js / React)
  • Experience with Progress Database or equivalent RDBMS
  • Strong knowledge of Docker & Kubernetes
  • Integration of AI APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, LangChain, etc.)
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs, CI/CD, and microservice architecture
