Senior Salesforce Health Cloud Developer (Remote)

About the Role
TEEMA is partnering with a healthcare-focused organization to hire a Senior Salesforce Health Cloud Developer to lead the design, development, and evolution of enterprise Salesforce Health Cloud solutions. This is a high-impact role supporting mission-critical platforms in a complex, regulated healthcare and government environment.

This position is fully remote (approved states only) and offers the opportunity to influence system architecture, integrations, and business process optimization at scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions

  • Architect and deliver customizations, integrations, and enhancements using REST/SOAP APIs

  • Partner with Salesforce Admins and cross-functional stakeholders to design scalable workflows and UI components

  • Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions

  • Own complex development efforts and participate in senior-level code reviews

  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing technical and functional guidance

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues and escalations

  • Develop test plans, analyze results, and implement improvements

  • Maintain clear technical documentation and system design artifacts

  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support DevOps and CI/CD pipelines

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of application development experience

  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud experience

  • Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, and JavaScript

  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and DevOps/CI/CD

  • Agile/Scrum experience (Jira or similar)

  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications

  • Healthcare or government-regulated system experience

  • Experience with Aura, OmniScript, or Einstein Analytics

Work Environment

  • Fully remote (approved states)
