The client has an excellent opportunity available for a Lead/Sr Java Developer. The Lead Java Developer will assist in the development as well as provide mentorship to junior developers. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow with a dynamic team of developers.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
  • 10 years of development experience using Core Java
  • 5 years experience using Spring Boot
  • 5 years experience using Microservices Architecture
  • Experience in Application Architecture / Design Framework Capability
  • Mandatory Hands-on (Camel, Spring Boot Java)
  • Volante/XSLT 3.0 + Kubernetes/Docker Containers Knowledge).
  • Detailed Analysis of requirements
  • Breakdown of reusable components for a framework for each business process step
  • Detailed Design flow and documentation of orchestration logic in details
  • Mapping needs and documentation
  • Design Custom vs Reusable components
  • Hands-On research to support development (POC, Sample Codes, Best Practices)
  • Tap on and consult best practices and standards from the open-source organization for integrations.
  • Standard Message format development for end-to-end solution flow (Kafka messaging).
  • Highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills
  • Experience with Spring Batch, Hibernate, or other ORM frameworks
