- Leading and participating in the full lifecycle of ServiceNow and Nuvolo implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support
- Assessing client business and technology needs through stakeholder interviews, current-state analysis, and problem diagnosis; developing recommendations and supporting implementation of proposed solutions

- Experience leading 5+ full lifecycle ServiceNow or Nuvolo implementations
- Experience architecting, configuring, or customizing ServiceNow- or Nuvolo-based solutions, including data mapping, data migration, legacy transformation, and integration with enterprise systems
- Experience enhancing or customizing ServiceNow-based applications using JavaScript, AngularJS, ReactJS, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), HyperText Markup Language (HTML), and application programming interfaces (APIs)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and experience with Workplace Service Delivery (WSD), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Field Service Management (FSM), or Clinical Device Management (CDM) modules
