[Job Summary]

We are seeking an IT Support Coordinator to assist in maintaining and troubleshooting the company's technical systems, supporting the smooth functioning of IT-related hardware, software, and network systems. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day operations across ERP systems, Google Workspace platforms, internal servers, automated reporting tools, and other company-critical technologies, while actively leveraging AI-assisted tools to improve operational efficiency.

[Job Description]

Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, and network issues (laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals); resolve tickets within SLA guidelines.

Maintain and update troubleshooting documentation for common issues.

Perform routine system maintenance, security updates, and assist with backup/recovery procedures.

Administer and troubleshoot the Google Workspace ecosystem (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Groups, etc.).

Develop and maintain automated Google Sheets tools using Apps Script; ensure data integrity and optimize complex formulas, queries, and scripts.

Support business intelligence dashboards (Google Data Studio) and generate periodic & ad-hocreports.

Maintain the company website domain, hosting server, and routine updates.

Track and manage the inventory of IT equipment, including upgrades and replacements.

Leverage AI assistants (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) and AI coding-assistant CLIs (e.g., ClaudeCode, Codex, Gemini CLI) to accelerate troubleshooting, documentation, scripting, and Apps Script development.

Collaborate with the Innovation & Technology Optimization team to streamline support workflows and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

0-1+ year of experience in IT support or a similar role.

Working knowledge of Google Workspace administration and basic networking concepts

(LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls).

Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues across Windows and macOS.

Hands-on experience with Google Apps Script or a similar scripting language (JavaScript,Python).

Familiarity with using AI assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT for daily work (drafting documentation, debugging, scripting help).

Familiarity with AI coding-assistant CLI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Gemini CLI.

Basic understanding of prompt engineering and structured prompt design.

Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean languages.

Exposure to GCP (Google Cloud Platform) and basic database concepts (MySQL, PostgreSQL).

Experience building dashboards in Google Data Studio or similar BI tools.

Hands-on experience automating support tasks or workflows with AI tools.

Exposure to TypeScript, React, or Next.js.

Familiarity with Python for scripting or data tasks.

Interest in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.

Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, etc.).
