Job description

JUNIOR GEOSPATIAL INTELLIGENCE ANALYST
Work Location: either Joint Base Anacostia-Bowling, Reston, VA or Charlottesville, VA
Clearance Requirement: Active Top-Secret clearance with intent to receive SCI and willingness to take CI Poly
INCATech is in search of a Junior Geospatial Intelligence Analyst matching the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Excellent communication skills, writing, and briefing
  • Experience using industry-standard platforms (e.g., ArcGIS Pro, QGIS) for map creation, editing, and data management
  • Experience creating cartographic products with multi-INT data
  • Knowledge interacting with government customers and military personnel
  • Knowledge of the DoD, IC, or Combatant Command environments
  • Proficiency in Python (ArcPy) for automating geospatial workflows
  • Understanding of military geography and how terrain impacts operational planning and movement
  • Experience supporting strategic decision-making within the IC or in Combatant Command environments
  • Ability to identify information gaps and develop requirements to answer priority intelligence requirements
  • Experience synthesizing Multi-INT data into products, including SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, and OSINT
  • Experience with link analysis tools like Analyst Notebook
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Related Experience:
  • At least three (3) years of experience analyzing geospatial data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
  • At least three (3) years of experience with imagery exploitation and interpreting satellite imagery to support intelligence requirements
  • At least three (3) years of experience applying ICD-203 and 206 tradecraft standards to geospatial products
  • Demonstrated experience conducting spatial pattern analysis and generating high-quality geospatial visualizations for senior decision-makers
  • Proven track record of collaborating with multi-disciplinary intelligence teams to integrate GEOINT into broader analytical assessments
  • Experience with DoD/IC remote sensing tools and techniques to extract intelligence
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in: Geographic Information Systems, Geography or Geospatial System OR four (4) years of military experience in a related field
