Job description

Overview
BLUEHAWK is seeking a highly skilled IMINT Analyst - Senior to provide advanced Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) and Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) analysis in support of critical Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) missions. The selected candidate will support operational, strategic, and national-level intelligence requirements by producing high-quality imagery analysis, integrating multi-source intelligence, and delivering timely intelligence products that directly support senior government decision-makers.
The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience conducting intelligence analysis within military and Intelligence Community environments and demonstrates expert knowledge of GEOINT tradecraft, intelligence production, Army intelligence operations, and enterprise-level intelligence integration. This position requires an individual capable of independently leading complex analytical efforts while collaborating across multiple organizations to solve challenging intelligence problems.

Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI with current SSBI (CI Polygraph preferred if required by the customer)

Responsibilities
  • Conduct advanced GEOINT and IMINT analysis utilizing national, commercial, and theater imagery collection capabilities.
  • Analyze and exploit imagery and geospatial data to identify foreign military capabilities, infrastructure, equipment, facilities, and operational activities.
  • Produce comprehensive intelligence assessments, analytical reports, executive summaries, multimedia presentations, and formal intelligence briefings.
  • Support intelligence collection, fusion, analysis, production, and dissemination activities across operational, theater, and strategic missions.
  • Lead complex analytical projects supporting military operations, contingency planning, and national intelligence priorities.
  • Research, develop, and deliver professional intelligence briefings to senior military leaders, government officials, and Intelligence Community stakeholders.
  • Support enterprise-level intelligence integration efforts, governance initiatives, and strategic decision-making activities.
  • Coordinate intelligence requirements across multiple organizations while ensuring timely production and dissemination of intelligence products.
  • Perform assessments involving enterprise data integration, metadata management, intelligence databases, and data modeling methodologies.
  • Apply advanced intelligence tradecraft to produce accurate, objective, and actionable intelligence products consistent with Intelligence Community standards.
  • Coordinate and participate in cross-community meetings, intelligence working groups, and interagency collaboration efforts.
  • Assimilate large volumes of multi-source intelligence and independently develop analytical conclusions and recommendations.
  • Mentor junior analysts by providing technical guidance, quality reviews, and best practices in GEOINT and IMINT analysis.
  • Ensure intelligence products comply with applicable Army, Department of Defense, National System for GEOINT (NSG), and Intelligence Community policies and standards.
  • Support special projects, executive taskings, and mission priorities requiring rapid analytical response.

Qualifications
Candidates must meet one of the following:
  • Master's Degree in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, Geospatial Sciences, or a related discipline and 6 years of current GEOINT analysis experience; OR
  • Bachelor's Degree in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, Geospatial Sciences, or a related discipline and 10 years of Intelligence Analysis experience, including at least 8 years of current GEOINT analysis experience; OR
  • High School Diploma/GED with specialized intelligence training and 15 years of Intelligence Analysis experience, including 10 years of current GEOINT analysis experience.

Required Qualifications
  • Excellent written, verbal, research, and analytical communication skills.
  • Expert ability to independently manage personnel, intelligence requirements, projects, and analytical taskings.
  • Demonstrated experience researching, developing, and delivering executive-level intelligence briefings, multimedia presentations, and written intelligence products.
  • Extensive experience supporting senior government leadership through intelligence assessments, special studies, executive briefings, and strategic analytical products.
  • Experience with enterprise data integration, governance, intelligence metrics, metadata management, and data modeling techniques.
  • Expert knowledge of Army organizational structure and defense-level intelligence operations, including:
    • Intelligence Collection
    • Intelligence Fusion
    • Intelligence Analysis
    • Intelligence Production
    • Intelligence Dissemination
  • Extensive experience applying Intelligence Community tradecraft standards throughout the intelligence production lifecycle.
  • Experience coordinating intelligence activities across multiple organizations, agencies, and Intelligence Community partners.
  • Ability to facilitate cross-community meetings, working groups, and collaborative analytical efforts.
  • Proven ability to assimilate large volumes of information, identify critical intelligence, and independently produce comprehensive written assessments.
  • Experience working with intelligence databases, enterprise intelligence systems, and structured intelligence reporting processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple concurrent intelligence requirements in fast-paced operational environments.
  • Current active TS/SCI security clearance with a current SSBI.

Desired Qualifications
  • Experience supporting intelligence operations and preparing expert-level assessments for senior government stakeholders.
  • Specialized intelligence training from military or Intelligence Community intelligence collection and analysis schools.
  • One or more GEOINT Professional Certifications, including:
    • GEOINT Professional Certification - Foundations (GPC-F)
    • GEOINT Professional Certification - Imagery Analysis Level II (GPC-IA II)
    • GEOINT Professional Certification - Geospatial Analysis Level II (GPC-GA II)
    • GEOINT Professional Certification - Source Analysis Level II (GPC-IS II)
    • Equivalent GEOINT certifications
  • Knowledge of the National System for GEOINT (NSG), GEOINT enterprise architecture, and Intelligence Community GEOINT policies.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level GEOINT integration initiatives.
  • Experience briefing senior military leaders, Combatant Commands, and Intelligence Community executives.
