We are looking for an experienced Software Developer to join a fast-paced organization in Wisconsin. This long-term contract opportunity is ideal for a mid- to senior-level candidate who enjoys contributing to a small, collaborative team while helping drive a strong pipeline of active development initiatives. The role focuses on building and enhancing business applications using modern Microsoft technologies, with an emphasis on cloud connectivity, system integration, and reliable software delivery.


Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and related Microsoft technologies.

• Partner with a streamlined development team to deliver multiple active projects and help move priority initiatives forward.

• Build and support application integrations that connect internal platforms with cloud-based and external services.

• Create and enhance AWS-based integrations to improve data flow, system interoperability, and application performance.

• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code while following sound development standards and best practices.

• Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective fixes across applications and integrations.

• Contribute to backlog execution by turning business and technical needs into practical, well-structured software solution

• 5+ years of software development experience in a mid-level to senior-level capacity.
• Strong hands-on expertise with C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and the .NET Framework.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for front-end or full-stack development tasks.
• Experience designing and supporting application integration solutions across multiple systems.
