Job description

Shape the Future of Blockchain—Bringing Business On-Chain

We’re offering a unique opportunity to join Launch Legends (and Autheo) as a part-time Equity Cofounder. Founded nearly four years ago, Launch Legends is at the forefront of bridging Web3 blockchain technology with the next evolution of Web2 integration—bringing businesses on-chain through enterprise-grade solutions, DePIN innovations, and decentralized financial infrastructure.

Our flagship project, Autheo, is an AI-enabled Layer-0 Operating System with an integrated Layer-1 blockchain and complete decentralized infrastructure that includes decentralized compute, storage, identity, and service marketplaces, as well as a Full-stack development environment (DevHub)—engineered for scalable enterprise adoption, developer innovation, and real-world blockchain integration.

Our Projects
  • Autheo – www.autheo.com
  • Autheo Team – https://www.autheo.com/teams
  • Launch Legends (Parent Company) – www.launchlegends.io
  • Twitter : https://x.com/Autheo_Network
About Autheo

With nearly 100 equity cofounders from leading companies and institutions—many with advanced degrees and PhDs—Autheo is solving the critical challenges blocking business adoption of blockchain technology.

Key Features
  • Enterprise-Grade Layer-0 + Layer-1 – High-speed, self-securing, quantum-resistant infrastructure built for scale
  • Developer Hub & Application Marketplace – A decentralized platform where developers build, deploy, and monetize real-world apps
  • Web2-Web3 Integration – Microservices, SDKs, and governance frameworks for seamless business migration
  • Decentralized Cloud & Compute – Secure, privacy-preserving storage and AI-powered compute for next-gen applications
  • DePIN Infrastructure – On-chain networks powering real-world infrastructure ownership and resource sharing
Compensation & Growth Path

This is a part-time equity / token-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends, Autheo, and the WFO Creator Network, along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain. We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing, and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries. Salaried compensation is expected to begin following node, token sales, or additional funding.

ROLE: VP of Product Management / Chief Product Officer (Equity Cofounder) About the Role

Autheo is seeking an experienced product leader to serve as VP of Product Management / Chief Product Officer. This is a high-ownership equity cofounder role responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering the product vision for Autheo’s Layer-0 Operating System and integrated Layer-1 blockchain—the coordination layer that unifies identity, compute, storage, developer tooling, and AI for the Agentic Web.

You will own the product strategy and roadmap across core platforms including DevHub, TheoID (post-quantum decentralized identity), PQCNet security primitives, THEO AI orchestration, decentralized compute and storage services, and the broader developer and enterprise experience. This role bridges deep technical understanding with user needs, go-to-market execution, and cross-functional leadership to ensure Autheo ships products that developers love and enterprises can adopt with confidence.

You will work closely with the Managing Directors, Chief Engineering Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Research, Design, Marketing, Ecosystem, and Global Channels teams to translate the Living OS vision into clear product priorities, successful launches, and measurable adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and own the multi-year product vision and prioritized roadmap for the Autheo Layer-0 OS + Layer-1 stack and associated developer/enterprise tools
  • Lead product strategy for DevHub, TheoID, post-quantum security features, THEO AI capabilities, decentralized infrastructure services, and related platforms
  • Translate complex technical capabilities (quantum-safe cryptography, modular blockchain architecture, agentic systems, privacy-preserving compute) into clear value propositions and user experiences
  • Drive 0-to-1 product development as well as scaling existing products from early adoption to multi-million revenue or high network utilization
  • Establish and lead a high-performing product organization (product managers, product designers, technical product roles) within a distributed equity-cofounder model
  • Partner tightly with Engineering, Design, Research, and Security to balance innovation speed, technical feasibility, security requirements and user value
  • Own go-to-market readiness for major product launches, including positioning, messaging, documentation, and coordination with Marketing and Ecosystem teams
  • Gather and synthesize insights from developers, enterprises, validators, partners, and community to continuously refine product direction
  • Define and track product KPIs (adoption, retention, developer activity, feature usage, time-to-value, NPS) and use data to drive prioritization
  • Represent product leadership externally in technical discussions, industry events, and strategic conversations as needed
Requirements — Must Have
  • 10–20+ years of product management and product leadership experience, including scaling products from 0-to-1 to significant revenue or large-scale usage
  • Proven track record in technical product management for complex platforms (blockchain, infrastructure, developer tools, security, cloud, or AI systems preferred)
  • Strong ability to work effectively with engineering leaders on architecture-heavy products while remaining focused on user outcomes and business impact
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing, GTM, Research) in high-growth or startup environments
  • Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps and prioritization frameworks in ambiguous, fast-moving technical domains
  • Excellent communication skills—able to explain sophisticated technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Comfort operating in a high-autonomy, equity-cofounder, globally distributed team culture
Nice to Have
  • Direct experience with Layer-0/Layer-1 blockchain platforms, decentralized identity, post-quantum cryptography, DePIN, or developer platforms (DevHub-style products)
  • Background in go-to-market strategy for technical or infrastructure products
  • Prior experience building or scaling product organizations in Web3, enterprise software, or high-assurance environments
  • Familiarity with privacy-by-default product design, agentic systems, or modular blockchain architectures
  • Public-facing experience (speaking, writing, or representing product vision externally)
First 90-Day Focus Areas
  • Comprehensive product audit and prioritized roadmap aligned with Mainnet evolution and near-term business goals
  • Clear product operating model, decision rights and collaboration cadence with Engineering, Design and Research
  • Definition of success metrics and instrumentation plan for core products (especially DevHub and identity/security surfaces)
  • Alignment workshops with executive leadership on product vision, positioning and launch priorities
  • Identification of highest-leverage product opportunities for developer adoption and enterprise readiness
