Job description

Title: Full-Stack Developer
Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ / Alpharetta, GA(5days onsite)

You will be part of an agile squad dedicated to the "Feature-First" modernization of our banking
platform. Your goal is to take existing business logic—often locked in legacy Java, .NET, or LAMP
environments—and migrate it into a modern, Cloud-Native architecture. You are expected to be an early
adopter of AI-assisted development (GitHub Copilot/Cursor) to accelerate delivery while maintaining the
rigorous precision required for financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities::

• Feature Evolution: Enhance existing banking applications by refactoring legacy code into modern,
maintainable patterns (e.g., transitioning from a monolith to a modularized service).
• AI-First Development: Utilize GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar LLM tools for 80% of your
boilerplate, unit testing, and documentation. You should be able to "vibe code"—iterating
quickly with AI to find the best architectural path.
• Full Stack Implementation: Develop and maintain end-to-end features, from UI components
(React/Angular) to API logic and database schemas.
• Cloud Integration: Deploy features into AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform environments, following established
CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) standards.
• Banking Logic Guardrails: Ensure every line of AI-assisted code meets banking security standards
(OWASP) and handles financial data with 100% integrity.

Technical Requirements

• Experience: 5–8 years of professional software engineering.
• Core Stack (One of the following):
o Java: Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices.
o .NET: C#, .NET 6/8, Web API.
o MEAN/MERN: Node.js, Express, React/Angular.
o LAMP: Modern PHP (8.x), Laravel/Symfony, transitioning to containers.
•  Modern Patterns: Familiarity with Cloud-Native principles (Docker, Serverless) and Event-Driven
Architecture.
• AI Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to prompt and iterate with AI coding assistants to solve
complex logic problems
