End-to-end ownership in highly regulated enterprise environments such as Banking or Financial Services is strongly preferred. We are hiring a Senior AWS Full Stack Developer with 12+ years of experience in Java, cloud-native application development, and modern frontend technologies. Develop scalable frontend applications and robust backend services using Java, Spring Boot, React/Angular, and AWS services. Take complete ownership of assigned stories from requirements through development, unit testing, peer review, Dev/UAT validation, deployment, and production support. Design and implement secure microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven solutions following enterprise architecture standards. Build and deploy applications using AWS services including EC2, Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, S3, RDS, and DynamoDB. Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, infrastructure automation, and monitoring solutions. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, Architecture, DevOps, and Operations. Resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvements in system stability and performance. Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards and Agile practices.
