Our client is seeking a CRM Analyst / CRM Administrator to support, enhance, and optimize its customer engagement platform. This individual will work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and business stakeholders to ensure CRM processes effectively support lead management, opportunity tracking, pipeline visibility, customer service operations, and overall business objectives.

As our client continues to invest in digital transformation, this position will play a critical role in helping the organization maximize adoption and value from its CRM platform while building long-term internal expertise. The team is seeking a candidate with strong CRM fundamentals, business partnership skills, and the ability to grow into broader platform ownership responsibilities over time.

While experience with SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud is highly desirable, they are open to candidates with experience supporting Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CRM/C4C, or other enterprise CRM platforms.
