We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic application development team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will play a key part in building and modernizing enterprise merchant applications using cutting-edge Java and modern web technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performing software solutions.


location: Phoenix, Arizona
job type: Contract
salary: $34.66 - 44.66 per hour
work hours: 8am to 5pm
education: Bachelors
responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance microservices and RESTful APIs using standard Java frameworks.
  • Develop modern, responsive front-end interfaces using React.js.
  • Participate in the end-to-end SDLC including technical design, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD deployment.
  • Optimize database queries and software components for maximum performance and scalability.

qualifications:

8+ years of software development experience specializing in Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices.


Hands-on experience building web interfaces with React.js.


Proven experience working with relational (Oracle, MySQL) or NoSQL databases (Cassandra).


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


Experience with Vert.x or Reactive Programming frameworks.


Strong understanding of cloud-native development, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing (TDD/BDD).


Familiarity with enterprise software frameworks and large-scale payment/merchant applications.
