Job Description

AI Talent Now job # ZR 86

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with 10+ years of experience to own features end‑to‑end on an AI operating system for commercial real estate that's been battle‑tested in production across one of the 50 largest apartment owner‑operators in the country. You'll join a small, fast‑moving team building agentic AI systems, RAG pipelines, and multi‑agent architectures that power real day‑to‑day operations across a massive portfolio. This is not a ticket‑taking role—you'll make hard architectural calls, ship AI features in production, and connect technical decisions directly to business impact. We need someone who's been an early‑stage engineer at a startup that scaled and has gone deep on AI infrastructure in the last 2‑3 years.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in full stack engineering (backend‑leaning), using JS/TS and Python
  • Shipped AI features in production (agents, RAG, multi‑agent systems, evals — not just API wrappers)
  • Early‑stage or founding engineer at a startup that scaled (employee #5–20 range)
  • Production experience with JS/TS and Python — core stack, non‑negotiable
  • Built agentic systems with orchestration, eval pipelines, or Context Engineering in production
  • End‑to‑end feature ownership including architecture decisions
  • Operates autonomously in ambiguity without hand‑holding
  • Remote‑friendly; must travel to Dallas for final interview and occasional team events
  • Preferred locations: Austin, SF, NY, or Dallas
