Description:

This role supports a technology implementation company specializing in large-scale retail installations across the country.

The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in keeping projects on track by ensuring all materials, equipment, and personnel are scheduled, prepared, and onsite as expected. If anything is missing or off track, it is the Project Coordinator’s responsibility to resolve issues quickly to avoid delays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and technician assignments for multiple concurrent projects
  • Ensure all materials (cables, devices), equipment (lifts, ladders), and personnel are ready prior to installation
  • Track project status and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records
  • Serve as the main point of contact to troubleshoot and resolve issues in real time
  • Adjust plans and coordinate replacements when resources are unavailable

What This Role Requires:

  • Strong attention to detail and sense of ownership—this role is fully accountable for project readiness
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, especially under pressure
  • Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or coordination roles is a plus
