Essential Functions

  • Assist with the Enterprise Application teams in maintenance and deployment of current versions to the Non-Production Environments.
  • Create and Modify existing Application deployments inside of DevOps.  This will include maintaining the already scheduled pipelines, along with creating Ad-Hoc deployments when the need may arise.
  • Verify DevOps deployments are successful, notify teams of failed deployments and assist teams with the resolution of failed deployments.
  • Evaluate and recommend enhancements that might be needed to the Non-Production Environments, including Disk space, JVM configurations, and Memory Allocations.
  • Conduct Special research and participate in special projects as necessary.
  • Evaluate the "flow" of data through the environments and recommend analysis and enhancements to maintain the environments are running at optimal efficiency.
  • Utilizing DevOps, JVM tools, Application Performance Monitoring and other utilities to perform the tasks that are given to you.
  • Develop relationships with all the Application Teams and other IT personnel
  •  Complete system analysis, design and definition of enhancements of all sizes and scope to the existing
    systems.
  • Assist in completing systems design of new systems.
  • Act as project leader for small to medium complexity projects.
  •  Conduct special research and participate in special projects as necessary.
  •  Responsible for system analysis, design and enhancement of existing systems.
  • May assist in training and development of other personnel. Provide guidance to Associate and Intermediate
    software developers as requested or required.
  •  Prepare time and resource estimates for management when requested.
  • Prepare and/or update documentation according to department standards.
  •  Develop relationships with end users and other IT personnel.

Additional Responsibilities
• Night call will be required.
• Additional hours may be required to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct training sessions and meetings including preparing agenda and/or presentation and documentation
of meetings.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.
