We don't require a particular degree or experience, but we're looking for translatable skills and relevant expertise. Specifically, we'll be looking for the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in web development or similar software development roles

  • Proficient in PHP and MySQL, with working knowledge of JavaScript frameworks like jQuery

  • Experience working within the LAMP stack and templating engines like Twig

  • Comfortable using version control, continuous integration, and delivery tools like Git, Jenkins, and Perforce

  • System design and architecture experience preferred

About The Role:

As a Full Stack Developer, you'll build and maintain marketing-focused web applications, digital assets, and backend functionality that support major business initiatives. You'll partner closely with designers, marketers, and other developers to bring projects from concept to completion. You'll also help us integrate new technologies-including AI tools-into our workflows to improve efficiency and performance. This role requires a strong mix of technical skill and creativity, with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.

This position is an in-person position in Columbia, Missouri and we are only considering candidates located in or around Columbia, MO or who are willing to relocate.
