Overview:

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer who will support our NYS client. This role will translate business requirements and use cases into enterprise applications using modern object-oriented technologies, web services, databases, and full stack development practices. The Full Stack Developer will collaborate with technical leads, architects, team members, and stakeholders to deliver applications aligned with technical requirements, architecture standards, business needs, and project plans.

Duties:
  • Translate business requirements and use cases into enterprise applications and perform unit testing of developed solutions.
  • Work with technical leads and architects to transform high-level and low-level system designs into technical components.
  • Develop applications based on technical requirements and established design and architecture principles and standards.
  • Produce work products and applications that keep system design and delivery aligned with business needs and the project plan.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders throughout the application development lifecycle.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Mandatory Qualifications:
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Developer.
  • 7+ years’ experience utilizing a variety of technologies and frameworks to achieve project goals and adapting to new tools as necessary, with hands-on full stack development experience using .NET Framework, .NET Core, J2EE, Spring Boot, Java, C# or a similar modern object-oriented programming language, Web Services, databases, or web application development.
  • 5+ years’ experience working on complex projects, including developing applications using SOA design patterns; microservices containerization using Docker or OpenShift; SQL Server, Oracle, and NoSQL databases; Object-Relational Mapping frameworks; and Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
  • 5+ years’ experience developing responsive web applications with DevSecOps tools and processes such as Azure DevOps, Git, and SonarQube, including Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery techniques.
  • 5+ years’ experience implementing web applications using scripting languages and frameworks such as JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, and React, and demonstrating solutions through documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
  • 1+ years’ experience with code reviews, technical documentation, Test Driven Development, and automated testing/unit testing frameworks while maintaining regulatory compliance.
