Role Summary

Join our Front-end Design and Development Practice in where you will be creating one of a kind User Interfaces and innovative digital experiences across several mediums.
Our leading edge and innovative team will lead the design & development of Creative front end solutions across various lines of business and when appropriate partner with 3rd parties to ensure we continue to be the Industry leaders from a UI perspective.

What Will You Do?


As a part of a development team, interface with system designers, business system analysts, application analysts and testing specialists to deliver high quality solutions
Participate in the development and take accountability for deliverables
Participate in various review processes - i.e. Business Requirements, Test plans, Design reviews etc. to gain understanding of the application and provide input into the deliverables
Contribute to projects from initiation through planning, requirements, construction to implementation and post-implementation reviews
Suggest improvements to existing code to make a better UI experience for our clients
What Do You Need to Succeed?


5+ years of Professional, hands-on frontend development experience
Proficiency with JavaScript/ES6, React.js, HTML, CSS/SCSS, Webpack, XML/JSON
Proficiency with Bootstrap or similar frameworks such as Foundation
Experience with web accessibility guidelines, accessibility tools, and assistive technologies
Proficiency with developer tools and debugging techniques
Expertise in developing responsive web design and testing across multiple browsers, devices and
platforms
Experience building single page applications
Keep up to date with trends and changes in the UI space

Proficient with AI tools like CoPilot to accelerate development steps, troubleshooting and unit test code coverage
Experience working with teams to analyze and contribute ideas to production discussions, designs and decisions

Nice to Have


Experience with Design Systems (Storybook.js etc)
Experience with web development stacks including Parsley.js, AXIOS, react-bootstrap, React Context, Node.js etc.
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager
Experience working in an Agile development environment

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors.
