Front-End Developer

The Opportunity:

We're looking for you, a web developer who will use equal parts skill and vision to create an experience that delivers functionality and efficiency. Bring your passion for creating an amazing user experience to Booz Allen.

This is an opportunity to meet Submarine challenges by collaborating with a development team to develop web applications with user-centric design. You'll work with UI/UX designers and back-end developers to create a seamless user experience using React.

On our team, you'll work with the development team to ensure accessibility for all users by developing a front end that functions across browsers, platforms, and devices while meeting accessibility and security requirements. With mentoring, positive code reviews, and opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we focus on growing as a team to make the best solutions for our customers.

You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience developing in React

  • 1+ years of experience integrating APIs into web applications

  • 1+ years of experience developing in Typescript

  • Experience using Git for version control

  • Ability to adapt to evolving requirements

  • Ability to debug errors with limited developer tools

  • Secret clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience developing in Databricks

  • 2+ years of programming in Python

  • Experience developing within the Palantir Foundry environment

  • Experience programming in an object-oriented programming language

  • Experience in developing following the Agile methodology

  • Experience building in Node.js

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
