Job description

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking driven, results-oriented career changers in Phoenix Metro East to join our Phoenix Metro East team of financial advisors. In this position, you will engage with families, business owners, and professionals to understand their financial objectives and provide tailored advice and strategies across the 7 planning areas - protection, savings, tax strategy, retirement income, debt management, estate planning, and education funding. No prior financial-services experience is required: we provide pre-licensing guidance, a 4-week joint-field training program, and a defined career path from Associate through Managing Director.
As a Financial Advisor at WealthBridge, you will play a pivotal role in empowering Phoenix Metro East clients to make informed financial decisions - implementing life insurance, annuities, disability coverage, advisory accounts, and retirement plans while building a book of business you own from day one. You will utilize advanced planning tools and analytics to assess client needs, supported by our specialist network - Advanced Markets, Premium Finance, ESI Illuminations (FMAX/Fidelity), and Planning & Design. The New Associate Program pairs consistent daily activity with weekly accountability and quality metrics (persistency, suitability); specific production expectations are reviewed during Discovery and formalized at contracting.
Join WealthBridge Financial Group and be part of a passionate team building across Phoenix Metro East. If you are driven by results and ready to control your income and build something you own, we would love to hear from you.
Compensation and classification: This is a commission-based, uncapped 1099 independent-contractor opportunity - you own your business on WealthBridge's platform, with no base salary or employer-provided benefits. WealthBridge's firm-wide good-faith earnings estimate for first-year new associates is $80,000 to $115,000 per year - an earnings estimate for commission production, not a salary; new advisors typically begin in the lower portion of the range during the licensing and ramp period (commonly months 1-12) and scale as activity, persistency, and book development compound. Industry reference: BLS OEWS May 2024, SOC 13-2052 (Personal Financial Advisors, including commissions and bonuses) - median $102,140; 75th percentile $172,540; 90th percentile top-coded at $239,200 or above.
About WealthBridge Financial Group: WealthBridge Financial Group is a wealth management firm with over 175 years of history helping clients navigate life's financial complexities with confidence and clarity. Our mission is simple: To Do Good - in our communities and for the families we serve. We Are Change Navigators. Specialties include Premium Financing, Digital Marketing, CPA Alliances, and Advanced Planning. Backed by National Life Group (A+ AM Best); securities and investment advisory services through Equity Services, Inc. (FINRA/SIPC). People. Impact. Outcome.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience is welcome - no prior financial-services experience required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, with the self-motivation for a consistent, activity-driven practice
- Ability to obtain an Arizona Life & Health insurance license - we guide you through the process (typical timing is under 30 days, depending on exam pass rate and background-check processing)
- Willingness to pursue SIE, Series 6 or 7, and Series 63/66 securities registrations within your first 12 months; existing licenses or financial-planning certifications are a plus
- Successful background check and fingerprinting as required by state insurance regulators and FINRA

Benefits

- Uncapped, production-tiered commission compensation - brackets advance at graduated production milestones, and you own your income from day one
- Full training system and ongoing career growth support - pre-licensing guidance, a 4-week joint-field training program with leadership, and advanced designation support (CLU, ChFC, CFP, RICP)
- 100% book ownership and portability from day one - your clients, your equity, your exit
- Open product marketplace - National Life Group (A+ AM Best) as primary carrier plus a broad multi-carrier shelf for client fit
- Specialist infrastructure behind every case - Advanced Markets, Premium Finance, ESI Illuminations (FMAX/Fidelity) advisory, and a Planning & Design department
- Team override income on First-Year Commissions (FYC) as you develop junior advisors, with a defined Associate Senior Associate Managing Director path
This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity. Compensation is entirely commission-based with no guaranteed base salary or employer-provided benefits. Actual earnings depend on production, persistency, market conditions, and contract terms; any compensation references are illustrative and not guarantees of future earnings.
