WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
The Senior Financial Analyst for the US Wealth Management business offers direct exposure to senior leaders, influence over key strategic initiatives, and ownership of meaningful financial insights that help shape business performance. You will work build forward-looking analysis and partner across seasoned teams to drive growth and efficiency. For someone who wants to move beyond reporting into true strategic partnership, this role provides both challenge and visibility in a high impact Finance group.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
  • Develop financial analyses to support key strategic initiatives including banking and lending, program and pricing profitability, and other product analytics.
  • Collaborate with business and finance teams on cross-enterprise projects.
  • Analyze the financial performance of the business, identify and measure key drivers, develop sensitivity analyses, and create executive-level presentations for senior leadership.
  • Improve and automate product profitability financial models, processes, and data integrity.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data in models and reports.
  • Establish strong working relationships across business units and finance teams to build influence and impact with key partners.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Must have:
  • 3-5+ years of financial analysis experience.
  • Financial modeling and analytical skills, including experience building models with large data sets.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and business partnering skills.
  • High attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset.

Nice-to-have:
  • Experience in wealth management or the broader financial services industry
  • Experience with Microsoft suite applications, and financial reporting applications
  • Experience with business intelligence tools and working knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.

For Minnesota the good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $70,000 - $130,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
