Genesis10 is currently seeking a Junior Data Analyst for a hybrid (4 days/week onsite) position with our client located in Appleton, WI. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. This position is fully onsite. Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour, W2, based on qualificiations Position Overview: This role focuses on automating client tax compliance processes using proprietary software products and SQL. The ideal candidate will utilize and design software workflows, integrate large datasets into SQL Server, and develop data structures to collect, organize, cleanse, and standardize data. Key Responsibilities: Automates client's tax compliance processes using proprietary software products and SQL Utilize and design proprietary software workflows to increase speed, accuracy, and scalability of client's business Integrates large structured and unstructured datasets into SQL Server Develops data structures to collect, organize, cleanse, and standardize data Solutions complex data integrity issues in heavily regulated industries Routinely interfaces with clients and internal teams to solution complex problems Provides training, analysis, and documentation to clients Provides post-production support to clients Builds and maintains client relationships by providing outstanding client experience Accountable for accurate tracking and reporting billable project hours Primary Requirements: 2+ years of customer onboarding or related customer-facing experience Prior experience working with SQL, including experience with queries, stored procedures, joins and functions Associates or Bachelor's degree in IT or relevant technical field preferred Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate with internal teams and external clients Ability to concisely communicate complicated IT concepts to non-technical end-users Ability to provide efficient, timely, dependable, and courteous service to clients Ability to comprehend and analyze data and documents Strong organizational and analytical skills Strong work ethic and capability to thrive alone and in a team environment Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently with little supervision Innate willingness to learn Able to apply technical expertise and experience to current processes and develop new ones Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
