Key Responsibilities

Advanced ability to operate band saws, sanders, grinders, and other power/hand tools in a safe manner. Can train and certify others and develop training materials.

Advanced understanding of Engineering drawings, and procedures. Enforce quality standards. Complies with documentation requirements. Can train others and deal with engineering and production to resolve documentation issues.

Advanced abilities to control inventory of stock materials accurately including ability to take responsibility for cycle counting and inventory accuracy.

Advanced SAP abilities to perform complex investigating via SAP. Run more complex reports and assist others in using SAP. Can train others in more than just basic tasks.

Ensures equipment is in safe operating condition at all times and performs preventative maintenance as scheduled.

Print work center dispatch report and establish priorities. Insure that report is kept up accurately.

Can organize and schedule personnel within the area to address priorities and meet deadlines.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
