We are seeking a Junior Construction Coordinator with 1โ€“2 years of industrial construction experience who is eager to grow their technical skills, contribute to multidisciplinary project teams, and support accurate and competitive cost estimating for industrial projects. What Youโ€™ll Do
As a Junior Construction Coordinator, you will support construction activities across various project phases โ€“ from early conceptual estimating through detailed bid development.
Responsibilities include:
Estimating Support
  • Assist in preparing cost estimates for industrial construction projects
  • Support quantity takeoffs, bid preparation, and proposal development
  • Collect and analyze project data, subcontractor pricing, and material quotes
  • Help maintain estimating databases, cost models, and project documentation

Collaboration & Project Execution
  • Work closely with senior estimators and other multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Participate in site visits, scope reviews, and project meetings
  • Support the development of well informed, accurate cost assumptionsย 

Technical & Professional Growth
  • Gain exposure to industrial construction methods, materials, and contracting practices
  • Learn estimating software tools, cost modelling approaches, and industry standards

About You
You are early in your construction career with a strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully to project delivery. You bring:
  • 1โ€“2 years of industrial construction experience (required)
