Position Summary Develops and maintains internal case-processing functionality on the Appian platform, supporting the agency-side Oracle EE transactional and analytics databases. Contributes full-stack and database development and helps diagnose and resolve application performance issues. Roles and Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain Appian-based internal case-processing workflows.
* Write and optimize Oracle PL/SQL against transactional and analytics databases.
* Contribute full-stack web development and maintain legacy components as needed.
* Diagnose and resolve application performance issues.
* Participate in Agile delivery, design meetings, and daily scrums. Required Skills and Experience
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and relevant IT Experience * 2+ years of Appian development.
* Oracle / PL/SQL.
* Full-stack web development.
