This role provides great exposure to modern technologies and agile development practices. It’s a valuable opportunity to grow your skills and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic setting.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Junior Developer Startup position, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Junior Developer at a startup, you need foundational knowledge of programming languages (such as JavaScript, Python, or Ruby), basic understanding of web development, and a degree in computer science or related experience. • Troubleshoot software, communications, control logic, graphics, and field integration issues during startup.
  • Develop operator manuals, software documentation, and customer training materials.
  • Provide technical leadership while mentoring junior DeltaV engineers.
  • Work directly with customers to define automation requirements and develop software solutions.
