Minimum Qualifications

Associate degree in Web Development, Computer Science, or a related technical field - or equivalent demonstrated experience

2+ years building and maintaining websites in a CMS environment (WordPress strongly preferred)

Demonstrated experience with HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)

Working knowledge of SQL and basic database concepts

Experience using Git for version control in a team setting

Airtight Backup Integrity: Maintain verified backups for every production property and confirm restore procedures are tested on a defined cadence - because reliability starts with preparation.

Accurate Analytics Reporting: Configure and maintain GA4 properties, produce traffic and conversion reports on schedule, and deliver clean, trustworthy dashboards to stakeholders.

Current, Complete Documentation: Keep runbooks, deployment steps, and access procedures up to date so any team member can follow established processes with confidence.

Collaborative Implementation: Partner with IT, marketing, communications, and design teammates to deliver pixel-faithful builds and UX improvements informed by analytics and real user feedback.

Physical Demands
