Job description

This position is ideal for earlycareer to juniorlevel professionals to join the Clinical Operations Software (ClinOPS SW) team as a Junior Business Analyst, supporting the optimization of internal production flows involving 3D CAD systems. Partnering closely with Operations Engineering, development teams, and global Operations Centers, you will help translate business needs into clear requirements, provide datadriven insights, and contribute to building scalable, highquality solutions. This role plays an important part in improving operational efficiency, reducing workarounds, and enabling continuous improvement across global operations.

  • Support ClinOPS SW initiatives by measuring potential and production impact of new features and improvements across internal production systems.
  • Design, clarify, and document business, functional, and nonfunctional requirements in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create, maintain, and review formal documentation such as Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM).
  • Perform stakeholder demos and reviews to validate requirements and proposed solutions.
  • Conduct statistical and data analysis using data lake and database sources, including impact analysis, success rate evaluation, and applicability assessments.
  • Support dataset gathering, creation, labeling, and automated analysis to establish reliable ground truth for analysis and decisionmaking.
  • Create and validate prototypes for new ideas or process improvements in collaboration with the development team.
  • Support Stage Gate processes for team projects from a documentation and requirements standpoint.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience and strong interest in business analysis, requirements engineering, or process improvement roles.
  • Technical skills: Ability to write basic SQL queries; familiarity with data analysis concepts. Experience with Python or similar programming languages is a plus.
  • Documentation: Experience supporting or creating structured, formal documentation.
  • Communication: Confident spoken English and the ability to communicate clearly with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Ways of working: Strong organizational skills, ability to systematize information, and manage multiple ongoing activities in parallel.
