Key Responsibilities

  • Write SQL queries to extract, combine, and analyze data from multiple systems.
  • Use Python to automate reporting, data validation, file processing, and repetitive tasks.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools.
  • Assist with analyzing operational, clinical, and financial data.
  • Support recurring reporting and ad hoc data requests.
  • Clean, validate, and reconcile data to ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Work with data from SQL databases, Snowflake, Excel, CSV, JSON, and APIs.
  • Help investigate discrepancies between reports and source systems.
  • Support development of automated data pipelines and reporting processes.
  • Work with senior analysts and business leaders to understand reporting and analytics needs.
  • Document queries, reports, and automated processes.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify manual processes through data and automation.

Requirements:


Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related field.
  • Strong foundational SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, filtering, and data transformation.
  • Working knowledge of Python for data analysis or automation.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or a comparable BI tool.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Understanding of relational databases and basic data modeling concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to organize work, troubleshoot issues, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Experience with Snowflake or another cloud data platform preferred.
  • Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, or automated data processes preferred.
  • Familiarity with Git or source-control tools preferred.
  • Healthcare or home health experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure preferred.
  • Exposure to healthcare operational, clinical, or financial data preferred.
