Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Decision Scientist cum Consultant with a strong Product and Process management background and a knack for translating business problems with actionable business insights and data products. This role requires someone who can seamlessly combine technical expertise with exceptional communication and presentation skills to influence executive decision-making and create business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Mindset
o Create, maintain, groom backlog of product features and work with product owner(s) to prioritize them
o Create and Own Roadmaps and ensure teams are aligned to the agreed commitments to business
o Ensure key features are delivered on timely fashion and communicate with all stakeholders of the product
o Have clear understand industry best practices applied in Product Management and data products and apply them to the products assigned to deliver and industrialize
o Propose/Ideate use cases for the data products they own and work with business to estimate business value they can bring and prioritize them in partnership.
2. Presentation and Storytelling:
o Design and create compelling PowerPoint decks/Google Slides to present complex data-driven narratives.
o Deliver impactful presentations to stakeholders and executive teams.
3. Data Analysis and Insights:
o Analyze large datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
o Develop predictive models and data-driven strategies to solve business challenges.
4. Consultation and Business Engagement:
o Act as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
o Present findings and recommendations with clarity, confidence, and executive presence.
5. Collaboration:
o Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the alignment of analytical insights with business goals in mind.
