About the Role:

The Marketing Analytics & Member Growth Specialist plays a critical role in driving data-informed marketing strategies to accelerate member acquisition and retention across diverse channels. This position focuses on analyzing complex datasets to uncover actionable insights that optimize marketing campaigns and enhance member engagement. The specialist collaborates closely with marketing, product, and data teams to develop growth initiatives that align with organizational goals. By leveraging advanced analytics and growth marketing techniques, this role ensures continuous improvement in member growth metrics and overall marketing ROI. Ultimately, the specialist contributes to building a scalable and sustainable member base that supports long-term business success.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with advanced analytics tools such as Python, R, or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels including paid search, social media, and email marketing.
  • Knowledge of member lifecycle management and retention strategies.
  • Previous experience working in a membership-based or subscription business model.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze marketing performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in member acquisition and retention.
  • Develop and execute growth marketing strategies that target key demographics and optimize conversion funnels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement A/B tests and other experiments to validate marketing hypotheses.
  • Create detailed reports and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Monitor member behavior and engagement metrics to inform personalized marketing campaigns and lifecycle strategies.
  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to segment audiences and deliver targeted messaging.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in marketing analytics and growth hacking.

Skills:

The required skills enable the specialist to extract meaningful insights from large datasets, which inform targeted marketing campaigns and growth initiatives. Proficiency in SQL and analytics platforms allows for efficient data querying and visualization, essential for daily performance tracking and reporting. Marketing automation and CRM expertise facilitate precise audience segmentation and personalized communication, enhancing member engagement. Preferred skills such as Python or R support advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling, enabling more sophisticated growth strategies. Familiarity with digital marketing channels and member lifecycle management ensures that the specialist can design and optimize campaigns that effectively attract and retain members.
