Job Summary

The Information Management and Data Integrity Analyst leads data import, data integrity, and data validation projects for University Advancement and is responsible for the state of the data in the CRM. This position is responsible for coordinating data entry, ensuring data-related strategic initiatives can be accomplished, improving the data health of the system, analyzing the state of the data in the database, data security and access management, and making recommendations around data-based decisions. The IMDI Analyst will work with University Advancement and campus partners to manage data import projects, implement information management strategies, train, document, and communicate changes.

Salary Rate / Pay Rate

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology (IT), IT Management, Programming, IT systems, or closely related field.
2. Two (2) years of professional level experience with database administration, data integration, information management, or data management responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Master's degree
2. Salesforce CRM experience
3. Strong communication skills to represent University Advancement to the campus community
4. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills necessary to fully develop technical specifications for programming and testing
5. Technical data management experience and/or data warehousing experience
6. Experience working in higher education environment

Work Hours

Core work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

Must be able to complete the following with or without a reasonable accommodation:

The Civil Service examination for this classification is based on your application materials and responses to the supplemental questions. No participation other than submission of applicant materials is required from applicants that qualify to take the exam. If you meet the minimum required qualifications for this position, you will receive a score calculated based on your education and experience, and your name will be placed on the active employment register by exam score. After the application deadline, the names within the top three scores will be referred to the department for interview. The active register for this classification will be voided when the position is filled.
