RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a hybrid Data Analyst to join their team.
Summary:
The individual is a data-minded analyst who can validate information, spot inconsistencies, and translate findings into meaningful business insights. This person should be comfortable working with evolving requirements, reviewing call and CRM data, and helping business leaders build trust in newly implemented AI and reporting capabilities. While specific platform experience is helpful, the strongest candidates will bring curiosity, strong SQL ability, attention to detail, and the ability to tell a clear story with data.
Responsibilities:
* Validating sentiment analysis results generated by the AI platform
* Reviewing call recordings against transcripts to ensure accuracy
* Confirming proper tagging and categorization of customer interactions
* Verifying Salesforce and call record integrations
* Reviewing potential PII exposure within transcripts
* Assessing quality scoring and coaching metrics generated from call data
* Serving as a quality assurance layer for newly implemented AI and reporting capabilities

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
