- Proactively improve internal audit processes and leveraging automation, analytics, and AI tools to address them
- Liaise with subject matter experts’ teams to identify the need for, and obtain access to information that supports our automated and centralized processes
- Proactively contributes to the creation of presentation materials and quarterly reporting relating to data activities for stakeholder discussions (national and global).

- Understanding of integrations, APIs, SharePoint Online, ServiceNow, or comparable enterprise platforms
- Relevant Microsoft, Azure, Power Platform, or AI certifications are considered an asset
- Soft Skills: 5+ years of experience
- Ability to translate business needs into clear technical work items and help teams move from intake through build, testing, release, and sustainment
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex data challenges
Self-Starter who identifies gaps in processes and advocates solutions for improvement - Experience and ability to coach, supervise and review the work of junior employees, as well as managing and coordinating expectations of stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to self-review
