Job description

Join our team of dedicated professionals who provide services and operational support to award winning hospitals through roles in supply chain, IT and cybersecurity, clinical engineering, capital procurement, medical coding, project management and more. We provide services to clinically excellent community hospitals across the country that are dedicated to ensuring quality, compassionate care for every patient, every time.


The Jr. Business Analyst (BA) report to the Director and support the Business Analysts with a wide variety of data domains and business data needs. The Jr. BA will support multiple concurrent projects. Assist with identifying and interpreting trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences. Assist with specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements. May participate in management reviews, including presenting and interpreting analysis results, summarizing conclusions, and recommending a course of action. Performs other duties as assigned.


EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Math, or related preferred.
2. High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
3. Previous analyst experience in a business office setting preferred.
4. Analytical and problem-solving skills preferred.
5. Familiarity using varied statistical methods preferred.
6. Strong written and verbal communications skills.
7. Have the ability to plan, organize, and structure work.
8. Good general business skills, high degree of confidentiality, maturity, tactfulness, and business ethics.
9. High degree of self-motivation, commitment, and integrity.
10. Proficient in MS Suite preferred.
