The Credit Risk Analyst /Python/ACL/Banking -
Required Candidate Location: 100% Remote

Contract Duration: 1 year

Type of Interview Required: Video

Requirement Notes (Candidate Job description below) : This is not a tech job. They will focus on Credit and/or accounting background and experience, baseline understanding of the Allowance for Credit Losses (ACL) and Python Coding experience in data analysis and credit model execution. This is a Relatively junior person with 2-5 years of experience. Must have experience Accounting and credit models. The Credit Risk Analyst supports the quarterly production of the company's allowance for credit losses ("ACL") for the loan and lease portfolio. Collaborates with various stakeholders and performs analyses to support the development of expected credit losses, following the established methodology and maintaining documentation supporting conclusions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Required Qualifications:

  • Education level required: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent).
  • Minimum experience required: 2+ Years in credit risk management, accounting, or related experience.
  • Proficient in Python.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of CECL (Current Expected Credit Loss).
  • Experience in mid-size and large financial institutions.
  • Experience with Alteryx platform.
