Job description

Hiring for Product Manager
Locations: Chandler, AZ / Charlotte, NC / Plano, TX
For the Product Owner role, we need someone who started their career as a Developer and later transitioned into a Product Owner role. The candidate must have strong IAM (Identity and Access Management) experience.
  • Agile environment, SAFe experience is ideal (helpful but not required). Must have experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Engineering-facing role, NOT business-stakeholder facing. The role will work closely with SRE and Operations teams.
  • MUST-HAVE skill: Ability to break requirements into detailed engineering work - including work breakdown, detailed tickets, and clear acceptance criteria. Candidates who only mention "I write acceptance criteria" without deeper understanding are not a fit.
  • This is NOT a customer-facing role and does not involve creating pitch decks. Technical delivery product experience is preferred.
  • Best fit candidates: Former engineers or architects who understand technical concepts and can communicate effectively with engineering teams. A junior cloud engineer looking to transition into product would be a strong candidate due to the technical background.
  • Not suitable for fresh graduates. Looking for candidates with around 3-5 years of experience. This is more of an evolved Business Analyst/Product Owner role.
