At Integrity Federal Services (IFS), we're looking for a Junior Civil Engineer to join our expanding team. Whether you're a recent graduate or have up to two years of experience, you'll play an important role in delivering impactful land development projects. What Youโ€™ll Do

As a Junior Civil Engineer at IFS, you'll get the chance to:

  • Assist with site evaluations, schematic designs, and design documentation for a range of land development projects.
  • Use AutoCAD and Civil 3D to perform design tasks related to site layouts, grading, stormwater systems, and utilities.
  • Work closely with project managers, senior engineers, and other team members on both private-sector and federal projects.
  • Help manage project schedules, budgets, and contribute to proposal preparation.
  • Attend site visits for field evaluations and assist with project coordination.
  • Support designs related to roadways, utilities, grading, erosion control, and stormwater management.

What Weโ€™re Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Civil Engineering
  • 0 - 2 years of professional experience in civil site design or land development
  • Proficient in AutoCAD (experience with Civil 3D strongly preferred)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented

Nice-to-Haves:

  • EIT or FE certification
