Business Operations Analyst

Help develop and implement innovative solutions to ensure efficient operations and drive the success of our growing North American company!

Position Responsibilities

  • Analyze business operations, including performance and productivity data, error rates and their root causes.

  • Translate data findings into clear and concise summary memos and present actionable recommendations to leadership.

  • Interpret results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data analysis to complex data mining.

  • Design, develop, implement and maintain business solutions to fulfill analytics requests and improve performance.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree. Major in Supply Chain or Data Science preferred.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills.

  • SQL, PowerBI and prior auditing experience.

  • Strong communication and analytical skills.

  • Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.
