What we need:
The Business Analyst is an established performer that works to facilitate and support CRM applications and projects by utilizing strong knowledge of industry practices and standards. This role will collaborate with various departments to understand business needs, document requirements, and analyze data to inform business decisions.
What you'll do:
  • Work on projects and assignments as part of a large work team to support business owners.
  • Perform accurate analyses, conduct research, and draw meaningful conclusions about potential job/work-area impacts.
  • Provide functional and technical support on CRM projects.
  • Draw from prior experience, interpret facts, and identify incomplete data/anomalies to solve problems.
  • Assist when needed with the development, configuration and testing of CRM applications, under the guidance of a senior team member.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decision-making.
  • Utilize tools and techniques to extract valuable information from diverse datasets.
  • Serve as a Second-tier support provider for sales support, troubleshooting, and research and resolution of issues.
  • Assist in testing new system modules or system improvements in cooperation with the QA Teams.
  • Fully understand the complete CRM processes from a functional viewpoint so problems can be easily identified in the correct context and efficient problem resolution can be guaranteed.
  • Generate and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and technical specifications.
  • Create reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

What you have:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • 2-4 years' relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • Preferred Salesforce Administration Certifications.
  • Experience with other CRM applications desirable; SAP preferred.
