iCapital’s Distributed Ledger Technology team is looking to hire a Senior Blockchain Backend Engineer to develop an industry-wide distributed ledger solution for the alternative investment ecosystem to facilitate access to private markets investments for advisors and their high-net-worth clients using innovative technology solutions. The ideal candidate is able to understand complex business problems, scope projects, identify business opportunities, optimize workflows, and communicate their findings across all levels of the organization. This role is highly visible and involves working closely with other teams in Engineering, Product, senior leadership, and industry partners.
ResponsibilitiesThe base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $145,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.

Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.
