Job Summary:

As a Solutions Analyst III - Automation Test Engineer, you will support transformational global initiatives within Test Integration and Implementation Services by leveraging your technical fluency and analytical skills to bridge the gap between product owners, business, operations, and software developers.
Responsibilities:
• Lead Integration Testing and automations against an End-to-End test strategy, including test data, environments, defect management and test automation
• Understands identification of testing automation opportunities and test synergies within the Project.
• Partners closely with Product, Design, Technology and other stakeholders
• Conducts strategies and has functional knowledge with payments domain and experience in testing processes in order to define requirements, document user stories and test scripts through to test execution.
• Documents and execute of test scenarios – identify specific scenarios and design test scripts using Business Driven Development
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills – ability to dynamically manage and oversee critical testing tasks accurately and to tight deadlines.
• Partner closely with Product, Design, Technology and other stakeholders
• Automate and maintain regression test suites using Java/Python/ Cucumber/ Playwright/ Selenium
• Contribute to data-driven decision-making by extracting insights from large, diverse data sets and applying data analytics techniques
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field
• Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, data extraction, interpretation, and making data-informed decisions including, modeling, and interpretation
• Advanced data visualization capabilities, with hands-on experience in implementing and managing BI dashboards
• Strong technical writing skills, with a proven track record of translating complex information into clear and concise documentation for diverse stakeholder audiences
• Demonstrate expertise in Test Automation & E2E testing, with a focus on eliciting and documenting business and data flow requirements
• Experience and understanding of TDD, BDD, CI/CD Automation Framework
• Proven experience in automation testing with Selenium, Python, Groovy, Java, BDD, Cucumber, Playwright, Postman/Bruno, Soap UI/Rest API.
• Experience with JIRA, SharePoint, Confluence and agile practices with SCRUM or KANBAN.
• Developing technical fluency in relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies, with a curiosity to continuously expand technical knowledge
• Strong written communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively translate complex information for diverse stakeholder audiences
Preferred:
• Relevant testing experience within the Financial Services industry
• PowerPoint / Pitch Pro skills, with ability to create professional slides and structure presentations
