Job Summary

Infosys is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer with 12+ years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise with Tricentis Tosca, API testing, Playwright, and Selenium, along with experience designing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks for enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Tosca, Playwright, Selenium, and API automation tools.
  • Create and execute automated functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test suites.
  • Develop and maintain reusable automation scripts and test components.
  • Perform API testing using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or similar technologies.
  • Automate web applications using Playwright and Selenium WebDriver.
  • Develop and execute Tosca-based model-driven automation and regression testing.
  • Analyze requirements, create test scenarios, and develop detailed test cases.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and document defects and work closely with development teams for resolution.
  • Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Maintain automation documentation, test reports, and defect tracking.
  • Identify opportunities to improve test coverage, automation stability, and overall QA processes.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and provide technical guidance on automation best practices.
