Role Overview

Senior Field Technicians serve as senior technical resources and project leads responsible for executing and commissioning complex AV, automation, and networked systems. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, independent decision-making, and leadership of installation teams on most projects.

Core Responsibilities

  • Independently delivers and supports integrated AV, networking, security, and low-voltage solutions while mentoring junior technicians and maintaining quality standards
  • Lead medium-to-large installation projects
  • Install and configure advanced AV, automation, and security systems
  • Deploy managed networks and advanced audio systems
  • Perform system calibration (audio and video)
  • Troubleshoot complex system, network, and integration issues
  • Train clients on system operation and best practices
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and as-built records
  • Train and mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 Technicians
  • Lead medium-to-large installation projects
  • Install and configure advanced AV, automation, and security systems
